- INITIAL EVALUATION:
We will discuss your goals, aspirations and past
injuries and devise a realistic plan that includes weight and cardio training,
nutrition, and possibly supplementation.
- WARM UP:
5-10 minutes of warm-up exercises
followed by stretching.
- WEIGHT TRAINING:
Depending on the
client and workout, we will focus on a variety of resistance training exercises
such as drop sets, super sets and circuit training.
- NUTRITION:
I will sit down with you and devise a practical
nutritional plan that suits your needs effectively and fits within your
lifestyle. Paying closer attention to a healthy nutrition plan can account for
60-70% of your fat-loss progress.
Approach
A diet and workout that is effective for someone else may not necessarily
work for you. We'll figure out what will make your individual workout effective
and help you to achieve your goals in a safe and timely manner. My goal is to
make every workout exciting and enjoyable. With our mutual commitment, it will
